Dear One Main Financial Customer Service,

 

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received in connection with my personal loan account: (see PDF) at your institution.

 

On 12/06/23 (and previous dates), I contacted your customer service department to address a matter related to my personal loan. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention:

 

Inadequate Response Time:

Despite multiple attempts to reach your customer service representatives, I have experienced considerable delays in receiving a response. Timely communication is crucial when dealing with financial matters, and the prolonged response time has been both inconvenient and frustrating.

 

Lack of Clarity and Transparency:

The information provided by your representatives has been inconsistent and, at times, unclear. I believe that transparency is fundamental in financial transactions, and the ambiguity surrounding my concerns has added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already sensitive matter.

 

Unsatisfactory Resolution Attempts:

The attempts made by your customer service team to address my concerns have been unsatisfactory. I feel that my questions and issues have not been adequately understood or resolved, and the lack of a comprehensive solution has left me dissatisfied with the overall service provided.

 

Unprofessional Conduct:

Regrettably, I must highlight that some of the interactions with your customer service representatives have been marked by unprofessionalism. Professionalism is a cornerstone of good customer service, and I believe that the manner in which certain matters were handled fell short of the standards I expect from a financial institution of your repute.

 

I understand that challenges may arise in any customer service department, and I am hopeful that my concerns can be addressed promptly and effectively. I kindly request a thorough investigation into the issues raised and a detailed response outlining the steps that will be taken to rectify the situation.

 

I believe in the importance of providing constructive feedback, and my intention in writing this letter is to ensure that the customer service experience at One Main Financial aligns with the high standards that your institution aims to uphold.

I'm allowed by law to file a formal complaint & they do have a pending period on here before it just goes up so I don't know exactly why you have such an issue with a matter that isn't you matter. Perhaps you work for them or another "financial institution" that make's $$ off our information. Go find a passion in life and spend your time more wisley.

 Am I ever impressed. Take a look at the NAME of this website, Does it say "ONE MAIN"??? Secondly, if your supposed "customer service" complaints were to get a pass on making your payments or your entry into "let's change the due date" game, that's not a customer service matter. Funny, funny. You get a loan. You agree to make payments on time, every time. When you do that, you never need any on going correspondence with the lender and there's nothing to resolve. Of course if you pay late or not at all, who's fault is it if YOU cause collections calls all the way up to a lawsuit for default?
