Marko Rubel will lure you in with his Dramatic Sales Pitch and Happiness tour about how money you'll make with his system because of the lack of competition in this pandemic era.  

He goes on about how you'll be coached, and his team will be there to take your hand thru your deals.  You'll be able to use his website and marketing to get deals done.  As soon as you pay for the course, he starts explaining how long it could take you to get a deal and how many tire kickers will contact you. He ACTUALLY said, Most of your leads are going to be bad!!!!

You'll get a call from a "Coach" who will do nothing but try to sell you all the up sells of upgrading your membership and purchases of additional software which cost up to $6000!!!  And all these upgradeable memberships.  You know the Typical BS Silver, Gold, Diamond Upgrades.  Another $179 per month.

You'll get all these sale pitches to come fly to their seminar to get extra secrets only told to attendees of the seminar.  Every single thing is all their "backend" fees to get you going.  

None of this is explained BEFORE you purchase.  His system has about 1000 modules, Videos and testimonials.  Mind you he even says He'll let you use his testimonials on your site so visitors can "trust" you have experience and helped people in need going thru foreclosure.  

You will absolutely put a grenade in your pocket trying to implement this system because it is filled with SO MUCH FILLER. 

His system is like a Chef teaching you how to Boil Eggs.  Instead of  telling you to just Boil Water and put the eggs in,  He'll give you a 1000 hour history lesson on the molecules that make up water and hey watch this 2 hour video of some of my students who almost burned their house down because they forgot to turn the stove off.  And buy my secret water heater that will make your eggs boil perfect every time.  As a Diamond member you're only charged $3500 and just $100 per month

This is an outrage.  All this BS just to learn option contracts and Getting the Deed to help people in foreclosure.  This is something you can watch a quick tutorial on youtube or just google it.  Its not this HUGE UNKNOWN SECRET he speaks of.. This dude is a COBRA!!

After I submitted an email for a refund... I got totally ignored.  The so called coach no longer answered my calls.  Yes I did leave a message.  Their Sales Agent that signed me up, Blocked me.  His line no longer even rings.  It goes straight to voicemail. Yes I left a message also.  I made a complaint to BBB of Florida which I found out they have MANY complaints.  I'm only submitted to other online scam site about them and I won't stop submi
