In December 2021 I called them and got an estimate after they started cleaning my daughters home in Mountain Brook Alabama. They came once in late December but prior to their first visit they four times were given my correct phone number and all four times failed to correct it and it was over a month before they finally got my phone number right and all their systems so for a month they called and texted the wrong phone number.
Luckily they had the correct email so I did get their correspondence but it was very frustrating how many times I had to correctly give them my phone number a company that has been in business this long should be able to manage collecting a simple phone number.
They were going through some staffing changes one person have been fired one person was retiring and it was obvious to me and anybody that called them that there was some employment issues going on. They described their service to me as a super clean on the first visit and then on subsequent visits they would do a regular clean but in particular I needed that first super Duper clean.
I gave them permission to come on December 21. They came and it was a disaster it was nothing like what I expected and I was very disappointed. They were supposed to come again on January 5 but they canceled at the last minute due to Covid and staff shortages. I communicated my displeasure with their first visit and said it was nothing like I thought it was going to be and they assured me that on the next clean they would make it all better.
On their next clean they came again and did a subpar job. I mean you would be shocked at the very basic things they did not do. It was nothing like They advertised!
As you can see on their pages and pages of list of things they do, their checklist that they provide an advertise they do from wiping down washing off, removing cobwebs, disinfecting, cleaning, wiping, removing buildup. rinsing, scrubbing improving air quality all these wonderful empty empty words!
The bottom line is they it took them a month to get my phone number right, they canceled on me, they had staffing problems continuously for weeks, they never did the initial super deep clean. I finally became so disgusted after they came one time and it took them two times to even get a basic clean right that I just decided not to use them anymore.
After that they fraudulently used a credit card that was not authorized on the contract to use To charge me the $290 for the super clean that I never got. They are a bunch of frauds they don't care about their customers and they discriminate against you if you don't live in Mountain brook!
I've given them every opportunity to do the right thing to either come back out and do the super clean or refund my money and they refused to do either but if you live in Mountain brook they do it immediately. No questions asked! They don't communicate well they use personal emails and cell phones and They are highly unprofessional.
