I bought a new, Metalic Silver, 2021, Nissan Frontier; 4x4, Extended bed, Crew cab with a tow package. I was rear ended and it was totaled two monthe later.  I wanted to replace it and because I live in a rural area I called Phoenix Nissan dealers. The first 3 were honest and said they would not have one until the 22's came in. But, when I called Midway Nissan the guy said "Ya come on in, we'll take care of you". Well they sure did!  Note: Az does not have a cooling off period and it is easy for dealers to take advantage of people.

I am a 70 year old vereran with a 100% disability due to PTSD. I have admittedly had my experience with forgetfulness and the PTSD can make my thinking scrambled, especially when pushed too far and having my anxiety raised, which these people did with and expertise not known outside the their field. I told Jacob, conman one, when we met and continually throughout the time that I needed a 4 wheel drive and I don't think there is any way that he could have made a mistake when he wrote up a grey 2 wheel drive with the tow package.

It appeared good until I got home to my dirt roads and tried to put it in 4 wheel drive. I called and they told me to bring it back, but because of the financing I had to take a stripped down White 4x4. I hate white vehicles.  I got the grey one on Thurs 8-26-2021, returned it Friday 8-27-2021, involuntarly left in the white stripped down one brought it back on Monday and demanded they take it back, They told me tough luck.  Nissan Corp, customer service told me about the same.

I am not going to leave them alone until they cancel this sale and will use every legal means to hurt their business as much as I can. If there is any one in Phoenix who would post an our neighborhood posting I would appreciate it.

The problem went up to the General Manager and we made and agreement that I would trade this Frontier for a 2022 that I will order, this is acceptable to me. So, I have no further complaint of this company..

Midway Nissan has resolved my issues and will order me a 2022  Frontier the way I want it. It seems to have been a problem with communication. The General Manager got involved and I am happy with the solution.

 Being a veteran has NOTHING to do with this so put away all those sympathy cards! You didn’t even read your paperwork, did you? Why did you agree to pay a BOGUS $500 FEE for paperwork? Why did you agree to buy a two wheel drive when during a test drive you could easily see it was NOT a four wheel drive? Then you gloss over they want you to bring it back allegedly for financing when they are playing the Spot Delivery Scam on you! You fully played the role of sucker and doormat. You did this voluntarily!

It is concerning that a person with full disability is permitted or even able to operate a motor vehicle.

Why is it that you didn’t complain about the two-wheel drive after the test-drive? Why did you agree to purchase the two-wheel drive truck after reading the sales agreement?

You are suffering from a dual case of buyer’s remorse. Enjoy your new truck.
