Modal Living Live Modal Sucks. You pay over 200 K and get a product that breaks down all the time Utah
Very slow to respond and don't care, a lot of issues with manufacturing and product liabilities. Unit has been falling into shambles after it was placed on the foundation, broken appliances, structural issues, random cracks appearing on interior walls...........................an absolute nightmare, the list of grievances is too long to list. Not worth it, the company is new and has too many problems with personnel and people quitting. The type of insulation used also sucks in all the moisture in the air as well due to "green" technology everyone is trying to push. Denim would had been better. Annoying people, contractors also flake and don't show up. House was built in a hurry.

It is appalling to see businesses jump on the BLM bandwagon and not see that they are in fact a socialist institution and a scam and buy into this revisionist garbage being spun around. George Floyd was a crackhead and an abuser with a history of beating up pregnant women for money, his rap sheet is several pages long.
This says a lot about an entity and how they run things from management and operations, and a sign to look elsewhere for a more reputable business that prides itself in merit instead of diversity and identity because everything woke becomes crap in the long run.

Complete d****e and pompous owner, they argue with me even if they are wrong, my house has many issues that never were resolved! It has been nothing but a nuisance and they only gave me a tough time about it....................the houses cost a lot of money and then to receive a subpar home oozing sewer smells of structural damage, the list is vast. Extremely slow to respond and purposely ignores your concerns.
Look up their CEOs and there is so much controversy surrounding them, buying out large plots of land and displacing low-income people along the way. Nothing but avarice.
