Nellis Storage / Budget truck rental/Tony Forced to but truck insurance, unscrupulous business LAS VEGAS NEVEDA
Tony at Budget Truck Rental/Nellis Storage will tell you you need to buy truck insurance before the rental leaves their lot. You can tell him you have insurance on your car that will cover that, but he will not listen. Again, he will say no truck leaves their lot without insurance. You can say you will prove that by calling the insurance company, but he will not listen.
He WILL SAY that you need to fill in a form so he can verify, but that will not help because then you can not leave with the truck, especially on the week end when you can't call your insurance company as they are closed. So- your SOL to leave with your rental unless you sign the contract to leave. Then- when you prove it the next day that your insurance does cover it, they will now say you have signed the contract and it's too late. NO REFUND.
They force you to buy this insurance so they can collect their TINY commission. DON'T RENT OR STORE ANYTHING FROM THIS DECEITFUL UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY.....
