We signed up for the Nextiva VOIP service.  As part of the deal that was made with them, they were supposed to supply 10 phones.  They never did and the service was very poor.  on top of that calls to customer support were not answered and not resolved. 

In frustration, we notified them that we were canceling the contract for nonperformance.  They then tried to get us to pay a $2500.00 cancel fee.  This company is poorly run and is a bunch of thieves.
