the public is tricked into thinking that Nicole Hicks runs a legitimate child assistance program. Instead she is stealing children from their families and selling them to her trafficking cartel. She steals taxpayers funds and private funds by running this through her agency she falsely calls by a child protection names. She steals taxpayer funds in her position as a 'prosecutor" Nicole Hicks is a dangerous threat to society. Avoid her agency at all cost and report her illlegal racket
