Fraud website, i ordered DMSA synergy for 200 dollars including shipping, the item never came and no refund and no re send. The order was placed 2 months ago, i was willing to wait more but i have been refused refund or resend even later, even if the item gets lost.

They provide good support before but if there is any problem then boom you loose your money. Im a student this money mattered a lot to me.

When you order, know that you might loose all your money and they wont care one bit about the parcel. They say they wont re send or refund because they have already sent, means its not their responsibility if the parcel reaches you or not. They they if the parcel goes back to them they they will ‘figure it out then’, they know very well too that parcel wont return to them, even it goes they will look into it then...can you imagine such attitude of a company? No wonder they don’t accept paypal or other methods. If you do choose to buy from this website make sure you at least use a credit card so you can chargeback or dispute the transaction later.

Not recommended to anyone. There are much more better companies out there, buy from them, don't risk your money with such companies who survive off their customer’s misery.

They own A LOT of other website domain names, they sell DMSA and DCA and other products by the name of 'northern health products, inc.' the company is (probably) owned by a guy named Kevin J. Jessup and the emails are always answered by a lady that goes by the name 'Harneet Kaur' very careful about them. Do not invest money that you are not willing to loose.

The individual who filed this complain is in fact a valued customer since August 2019 and has placed 3 previous orders (with no issues prior to the one mentioned). 

We would like to note that the customer placed the order on March 16, 2020, which is the day that most companies were forced to shut down due to Covid.  Regardless, we shipped the order in question on the same day (within hours) of the order being placed, which is what we do with all of our orders. 

Unfortunately, and this was pointed out in great detail in an email, USPS and India Post temporarily shut down delivery of international packages between our two great countries.  This was greatly regretable but not something that was foreseen and sadly, completely outside of our control. 

As promised, we made several inquiries to see if there was something we could do to fix this but unfortunately there were millions of other packages experiencing the exact same hold.  There was simply nothing that we could have done to push the customer's package through, and this was explained. 

The customer stated that we refused to refund their order.  This is true as we shipped the order as promised and while it was being held, it was still on it's way.  With no way to recall the package and with it still being considered "in motion", we simply could not refund their order.

The customer stated that we refused to resend their order.  This is also true as any package we shipped afterwards would have also been held by either USPS or India Post.

The customer stated that we are an absolute fraud.  This is not true as we are satifying and fulfilling orders every day.  In fact, and unlike our competitors (and almost all other companies out there), we ship our valued customer orders within minutes of receiving them.  We understand your urgency and want to ensure you're satisfied in every way possible.

It should also be pointed out that we received a notification in September 2020 that the hold on many of the international packages had been lifted and this customer's order was delivered soon after.  We regret that this customer had to wait such a long time for their order and wish we could have assited but unfortunately this was a world-wide pandemic, affecting billions of people around the world. 

If this customer wishes to give us another chance, please feel free to use the "Contact Us" on northernhealthproducts.com.  Simply let us know that it is you that is reaching out and we will gladly discount another (your fifth) order and have it shipped right away.

We're sorry that the pandemic affected your order and that it upset you by greatly delaying the delivery of your order.  We hold ourselves to very high standards and would love another chance to help you.  We apologize for the stress and anger this must have caused you.
