OWED A REFUND OF $925 I hired Jack Wolf from OPS to close out a permit for one of the properties I manage. I paid $1500 up front. Within 24 hours I advised Jack via email and via phone call that the property had sold/closed cash deal and the buyers were purchasing it with all of its skeletons.
He told me I owed him $575.00 for a research fee (WOW) and that I would receive a refund of $925. This was in the beginning of April. To today, he has not responded to my emails since 04/15 and he doesn't answer or reply to my text. Very unprofessional!
