Can I give them a 0? How about a -1,000,000?

They are super-kind before they take your money and then it becomes Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide (spelled that way on purpose because once they have your money, you can't seem to get in touch with anyone anymore). They don't have the time anymore to help you out, are rude, arrogant, low-classed, don't care, are arrogant, don't need your business (literal quote from the owner), make false promises, don't deliver on time, are arrogant (oh, did I already say that a couple of times before?), unprofessional, etc. (I have enemies I like better than them). Attitude flows from the top-down.

John, the kitchen designer, is the only one there with a human conscience. He deserves better than having to be there.

“They don’t care about the $100 they made from me” was what Steve said. He said that without knowing what my order was ($900). He and his customer service team have personality issues they need to work out. None of them should be in a public-facing business. Their behavior is criminal. STAY FAR AWAY FROM PA HOME STORE. They lie about everything. His bad-mouthing is so bad that he, in fact, told me not to believe what the girls say up front to me because they don’t know anything. First, insult your girls; then on top of it, one of the girls up front has the name “Peter”. Does he even know who’s working there? The girls up front that are nasty are Janet and Liz.

If you call them once for an update, they put you on hold for 60 minutes waiting for you to give up or they do the honors and just hang up on you. If you call back again because they didn’t give you an answer, they tell you that you’ve called too many times.

He really needs to re-evaluate why he’s in business at all as a miserable person running a good business with bad morals and a customer service with the lowest-grade personalities I’ve ever met. Don’t be drawn in by the low-prices…you’re gonna pay for it - for sure.

THEIR WAREHOUSE IS ALMOST AS COLD AS THE PEOPLE WORKING IN IT.
