Pandora Store Finally sent me a package but not what I ordered. Substituted a knockoff scarf.
Contacted them the first time to make sure the products were legitimate since they were coming out of China which I did not know when I placed the order. Received a return email ensuring me that they were. I watched the tracking of the package and noticed it was not moving.
I emailed them again asking to cancel my order and to refund my money. They never answered that email. Finally this week I received a package after a months time. It was NOT the jewelry but a knock off Burberry scarf. I notified my credit card company of the fraud. I also sent Pandora Store another email letting them know I did not receive the correct order and again requested a refund. Haven’t heard back.
