Parkwood Investment Group John Bausch Scott Haley Gary Bausch Did not fulfill terms of contract, stole $5,000. Las Vegas Nevada
Entered into a contract with Scott Haley (Director) of the Parkwood Investment Group on 9/24/20 for the purchase of high value, graded sports cards with clauses stating that the cards would be delivered, graded, and sold by Parkwood as soon as possible with a guaranteed minimum return to me of $5,000.
I contacted Haley and his partner John Bausch (President) many times over the last three years to find out the status of my cards. Haley and Bausch told me many conflicting stories about my cards being delivered, graded, and sold and that I would soon be paid. Haley and Bausch have stated to me many times that they have sent the money, but I have never received it. They claim they have sent it by wire and by mail. They lied. They are dishonest and running a scam.
My investigations have revealed that they have run scams for many years using different company names and changing addresses and phone numbers frequently. The Las Vegas Business License Division has confirmed to me that they do not have the required business license to operate a business in Las Vegas. Their previous companies have all had their filing status revoked. Scott Haley is a convicted felon who has been involved in past scams reported on ripoffreport.com.
