I ordered from what I thought was a brick & mortar store based on advertising, "family owned store, over 25 years in the community". I asked specifically if this was a fact, rep confirmed! Paid $139 for 18 long red roses and filler in a pretty vase with ribbon, paid $5 for a full size greeting card.

This was for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Checked via phone twice on order, all was well, no issues! Order was delivered with 8 roses, much smaller vase and 5 lilies. The enclosed card was the  standard 2x3" free card that comes with any order. What happened to the full size card I paid an extra $5 for?

I called Patricia's Petals and was given the run around when I asked for a copy of my invoice to be emailed, he said it would take 1 hour for receipt, called back 2 hrs later after no email, told it would be 24-48 hrs for supervisor to email. In the meantime. Florist called recipient and asked them to take a photo of the flowers to email to them, he refused. When have you ever had a florist call you to ask you to send them photos of your gift?

Guess they knew I denied the charge with the credit card since they are so disreputable! Run don't just walk away!
