I was going to use there services but once I got the contract. I didn’t like a lot of the stuff on there. So I changed my mind. I had already given them $50.00 to start. So I asked to get that refunded since I didn’t sign the contract. They told me they would, after a few days nothing. I called again and was told they had to talk to the manager, that they’d call me back. Another couple days later, no call back yet. I call and ask for the manager they ask for my info and they tell me the manager is out until the next Tuesday.
I wait and call on the following Tuesday, they tell me she’s on another line but that I’ll get a call back once she off the call. I don’t ever get a call back. They kept giving me the run around. I call again, I told them to quit giving me the run around and that I wanted my money back. They said hold on. Guy gets back on the phone and says ok I spoke to my manager and we don’t usually give refunds but we’ll give you one.
All you have to do is go on Google and give us a 5 start review. Crooked asf. I said no and they hung up. Call back and they hang me up. Worst customer service ever. So people don’t believe the reviews. They probably got them the way they tried to get me to lie. All there good reviews are probably fake. Or belonging to people that just wanted there hard earned money back. Stay away from this business, they’re a bunch of crooks.
