Custom Built Wheels With HED Brand RIMS; Did not indicate minimum air pressure requirement is 8PSI; Charged 15% Restocking Fee for $1800 Wheels; These wheels can't be used for intended use at 8PSI or more; Typical air pressure for snow riding is 5-7PSI.
Contacted Rim manufacturer HED, they said is using less than 8PSI, don't hit rocks or logs.
Riding FAT Bike on Snow Covered Trails (Intended use for FAT Bike); will hit trail items including rocks, logs, obstructions, roots, etcetra.
This wheelset is not usable.
The return shipping costs and 15% restocking fee costs me over $400.00.
If that rating was published, i would have not ordered these.
