"Promnova” Promnova Prom dresses Promnova.com Dress not made in material it was described. Not correct size. Didn’t have all features described in advertisements. When I contacted the company they would not correct, or offer a refund and if I sent the dress back they told me it would cost me another $100 on top of the $150 I had already paid! Do not order from this site! Total scam will not get what you ordered and they will not make it right. I ended up buying another dress for $170 and still have this ugly piece of netting that fits no one! Internet
When this dress was received I emailed the company the same day because first of all it was not the material it was advertised in. It said it was supposed to be a chiffon it came in a netting material. Second it was at least 2 inches too big all over even though my daughters measurements were given. It was advertised with boning in the back and padding in the bra area both were missing. Where the skirt was attached to the bodice there are places that have been missed so there are holes around the waist. If this is a custom made dress I would be ashamed. I paid $150 for it for my daughters prom. My email was not answered for two days, could not be fixed before prom, would not refund my money and if I returned the dress it would cost me another $100! Tell me it's not a scam?!? I had to pay $170 for another dress not to mention the scramble to find it!! Do yourself a favor and run from this website do not take a chance it's totally not worth it. Looks good, sounds good, but nothing but a rip off.
