4R Hay 4R Cattle and Hay Their hay delivered moldy hay that was "guaranteed". It is not and we were told to take them to court. Wellington CO
Their hay delivered moldy hay that was "guarenteed". Sam is their "office staff". She has bad mouthed specific barns as well as their hay storage. She will fight and argue with the customers and has lost 6 figure orders due to her attitude. Between the customer service and the drama the delivery drivers tell, this is a dishonest and dangerous company.
Moldy hay kills horses and they are fighting with us due to their hay being moldy. We have been pulling our hay apart so there are no collic deaths but if that happens to you, expect hell from their office. We have found foxtail and logs throughout their in addition to mass quantities of mold in the bales.
4R will take no responsibility if your horse collics due to their product. Last but not leaset we are not describing a bottom bale with a light level of moisture. The bales are molded through and through.
