RAD VCR PRODUCT WAS ADVERTIZED ON FACEBOOK SO I ORDERED IT LA HABRA CA
I had been looking for another VCR/DVD RECORDER AS THE ONE I have is geting older so when I saw ad on FACEBOOK - late MARCH OF 2021 - I ordered it when I got my STIMULUS check on APRIL 7, 2021.
I paid for it with my bank card - it was listed for $249 but they gave me a $50 discount so i paid $209.98.
As of this date in October 28th, I have not received the item. I sent them an email the end of August and they replied it would be 6 weeks before they could ship to me. Finally today tried to call number but it is out of service. The number is 1-650-543-4800.
Email at [email protected] does not work. I am able to email to [email protected] but never get an answer. Today I finally emailed Facebook since ad was on their website so will see what they say.
I am 83 and just want my money back.

Never EVER send money to anyone that advertises on any website because most of the times they are scammers - as for Karl and his idiotic ideas they do not work. Call your credit card company or bank and let them know that you were scammed. FYI typical scammers use gmail or any free email services
