I went to her thinking I found a home salon. WRONG!! More like a scam trying to get over on me for absolutely no reason! I went to the consultation for itips extensions in dec 2021 I showed her a picture of the hairstyle and we discuss price , length, color, maintenance and hairstyles.
She quoted $1000 with the hair included for half a head. She told me I had to book a wash and style appt so my hair can grow out more for the itip install. Feb she tells me she don’t have the hair I paid for so she gave me a refund.
March I get them installed half way doing my hair she tells me you need more hair for the hairstyle you wanted although we already discussed all of this at the consultation, she should know how much hair is needed for hairstyle I showed her, she's the hairstylist not me! She says pay her $200 more for hair and I said No that’s not what we discuss so she gave me straight texture tape in for free at the top and itips where ever else.
Once we was done it was not the hairstyle I asked for at all! But I was very nice and said I loved it. 2 days later with absolutely no new growth & only wearing it down. They are coming out already leaving BALD SPOTS EVERYWHERE so I contact her and she pretty much blows me off EVERYTIME. FOR $1200 HAIRSTYLE I expected you to be VERY concerned about your client!
She NEVER ONCE SAID IM SORRY, come in let me take a look at it so I can fix it NOTHING! She then tells me she will fix them at my tighten appt that’s booked for in may ($250) and at this appt I was plan on paying for more itip hair ($200) to make a full head since she changed her prices after the quote she gave me in dec 2021 !!!
I already didn’t get the hairstyle I asked , they are coming out now and some how all of this is my fault. I tried to resolve this by contacting my bank but she texted me cussing me out and lied to them by saying I was a scammer! So I took her to court I won and she’s suppose to pay the judgement and filling fees per the judge order well guess what she hasn’t paid the fillings fees either.
She’s ridiculous, uneducated and very unprofessional. To do this to another African American women is sick ! When all you had to do was be concerned about your clients and fixed my hair before my tighten appt!!!!!
