Ronny Hatumale Ronny Hatumale Sells my Parents an Apartment in Opal Towers Sydney N.S.W.

Ronny Hatumale is a real estate agent working for One Agency in Lidcombe. Recently my parents, who come from a non-English speaking background, ended up buying an apartment from Ronny at Opal Towers, in Sydney Olympic Park.
What Ronny did was take advantage of their lack of English, pressured them to buy the apartment cause it was "cheap", but omitted the information that Opal Towers in Olympic Park was recently in the news, due to the building having massive cracks in it. All the residents needed to be evacuated due to the building not being structurally sound. Given this, the "cheap" apartment was actually over-priced, cause it is worth about 250,000 AUD less than what my parents paid for it.
Ronny did not inform them of this. When I called on their behalf to complain he just laughed and said "It's not my fault you didn't ask" before laughing and abruptly hanging up the phone. I suggest anyone who is thinking about purchasing a property from him or his agency, don't! Just read their google reviews and come to your own conclusion.
