RSFF Contracting Group LLC Richard Cooper Samantha Blackburn CB Contracting Service Relevant Realty LLC Failed to pay 58,000 in employee wages Panama City Beach FL
I Larry Payne work with RSFF Contracting Group LLC working in Panama City FL from 11/2019 thru 6/2020 in this time the owner Richard Cooper agreed to pay all sales commssions upfront. After working with this company I started to get delayed comssikn because of performance issues by Richard Cooper and his workers working on restoration projects in bay county. Since June of this year 2020 Richard Cooper, Samantha Blackburn and Greer Rouda all owners of RSFF Contracting Group LLC have failed to pay my back do wages of 58,000.
They have since started a new company CB Contracting Service and are selling additional roofing and contracting services to home owners in Pensacola Beach after this last hurricane. There are many client's and homeowners in Panama City that haven't had there work completed as required by contracts and insurance settlements. Homeowners are now filling lawsuits in bay county against RSFF Contracting Group LLC. I haven't received my money and this has brought a lot of hardship in my friendship with personal friends, clients and my personal life.
I would recommend anyone do business with Richard Cooper regarding construction anywhere in the United States they are taking money from hurricNe damage victims and not completing this work. He will find his way to jail because Florida his very strict on Contractors taking money and not completing work for families. I really tried to share as Koch information as possible and maybe some families will read this information and it will save them a lot of heartache.

Don’t do business with Samantha Blackburn, Greer Rouda or Richard Cooper as they don’t pay there employee’s and currently owe me 58,000 with pending lawsuits and property liens to be filed in bay county florida for general contracting contracts with work not completed as agreed.
