Scotched life Misleading and false advertising San Juan Puerto Rico
Wife ordered 3 separate orders in December. They were the heated vest, heated jacket and accessories. When I looked at the vest and gloves you could tell they are junk. The only scorched branding on them is a paper tag that says designed and tested in USA. This stuff came drop shipped straight from china. They don & #39;t even have their own packaging. Its literally stuff from AliExpress. & nbsp;
I called scorched and explained that this is trash and I want to send it back for a refund. Scorched rep said oh sorry how about a 20% discount. Oh sorry how about a 50% refund and you can keep the items. Told her no this is junk. She goes ok we will do a return but you have to pay a 20% restocking fee. & nbsp;
On the top of the checkout page it says & quot;100% money back guarantee & quot; how do I only get 80% back. This business promotes it & #39;s BBB ACCREDITED next to the guarantee. Took some digging but they are not accredited and have a F rating. & nbsp;
Submit credit card charge backs with these people and file BBB reports.
