Sculpt nation I ordered 2 workout supplements from them, but they processed my order as a recurring monthly charge without my knowledge or consent. I did everything these con artists asked to cancel and request a refund yet a month later they still are refusing to return the money they stole, and are refusing to refund the original purchase.
I ordered 2 supplements from them and on the order form there was an option for a one time purchase or a recurring monthly charge. I selected the one time purchase option but they processed my order as a recurring monthly charge anyway without my knowledge or consent. I didn't find out what they had done until they took money out of my account again.
They also claim to have a 100 percent money back guarantee. This is an outright lie. After going through their ridiculous cancellation and refund process, the only response I received from them was an email stating that my complaint was closed. A month later I still have not received any refund.
