The law firm of Shapiro, Pendergast & Hasty, LLC are about as unethical as you could get. This law firm initiates illegal foreclosure proceedings by prematurely and improperly exercising the power of sale against people without giving legal and proper notice to homeowners and in violation of the code of federal regulations by the CFPB.
This law firm also ignores conflict of interest and will even continue representing their client even though BOTH their firm (and individually named attorneys) AND their client(s) were sued as co-defendants in the same lawsuit.
