I purchased a werewolf costume headgear mask from this company on Oct 6, 2020. A month later, I got a small media mail shipping bag from them. When I opened it, it was very apparent that what they had sent is nothing like what they advertised. I contacted them and sent pictures of what they sent me compared to the of the item I ordered. I asked for their address so that I could return it for a full refund.
They told me to keep what they sent me and offered me a $6.00 partial refund. The mask was $39.95 with $12.99 shipping, coming to $52.94 total and they want to give me $6.00 is unacceptable. They sent me a cheap rubber mask with some reddish brown faux fur glued to it, which sells for $8.00 on other webpages.
They keep sending me emails telling me that it will cost me too much money to send the piece of rubber back to them and offered me $8.00 partial refund.
