Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company is a HUGE scam! I had car trouble a few months ago, and needed assistance with a loan to get a replacement engine and this was my only option. I was approved for $2500 and was able to receive the amount.

Well I have been paying $194 every two weeks since 12-1-19 and called the company today to get an update on my account was was told me balance changed from $1200 to $1,550 which includes a $350.00 extension fee and more leasing fees will be included soon. The agent and manager informed me the reason for this is because the account was not paid in 100 days (Which was never said to me).

The mechanic shop did not give me any information on this when I signed up. In fact, the receptionist at the shop did the application for me. She only asked for a signature at the end of the process and I did not receive the terms and conditions when I left the shop. I have called multiple times today and was told the terms of the contract was emailed to me, and it is ashamed you didn't read it.

Well, as I stated before I did not receive this email and there was no additional information provided to me. I was never told about "Extra leasing fees" or extension fees after 100 days. The business goal is to take advantage of customers after 100 days and does not notify you of this but instead seizes to take control of the opportunity to charge you these ridiculous fees which is not posted anywhere on the agreements.

This is a perfect example of why there needs to be some sort of minimum education required before you are allowed to take out any sort of loan.

What you basically have admitted to is that you applied for credit without even reading the application, in fact you didn't even fill out your own application. You just signed where they said to sign. Now, you blame them for not giving you any information on the loan, but you must take equal if not more fault for not requiring them to provide that BEFORE you signed. Oh and if your answer to that is "I asked but they didn't give me any information". Your response to them should have been "Okay then I will sign it when you provide that"..not "Give me the pen and just tell me where to sign".

Now, you get worse by going for around 5 months of paying close to $200 every two weeks before you actually call them to inquire about the status of your loan.

But this line takes the cake...

The business goal is to take advantage of customers after 100 days and does not notify you of this but instead seizes to take control of the opportunity to charge you these ridiculous fees which is not posted anywhere on the agreements.

You state that the 100 days was not listed anywhere on the agreements. But you previously also stated you NEVER got the agreements. So if you never got them how do you know? Or is this REALLY a case that you did get the information you just figured you didn't have to read the "fine print".

What are you not telling us here?

Adddress of the company is incorrect on this post. I have emailed the founder ED Magedson to make the changes and delete the address on this post which is incorrect but he refuses to update the content.

I had no prior knowledge about this until I spoke with the company yesterday and further researched the company. I honestly had no knowledge about these fees or extra leasing fees after the 100 days and did not receive this information.

You say this fee was NOT included in the contract yet you stated you allegedly did not receive the contract to read. How do you know it was not listed there if you never read it??? There is more to this story than you are willing to admit!
