I made a reservation on the billed my cc. I had to cancel because the person on the phone made a mistake on the dates. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund. Yesterday they told me that my card was never billed. I have my cc statement showing I was charged.

They sent me the cancellation and it clearly says you will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. I have spent many hours trying to convince them I was indeed charged. I have come to the time where I will dispute the charge on my cc. But do yourself a favor and don't book with this company.

They will say you didn't book woth us than say you were never charged and on and on. Read the reviews! This is common practice for them. Don't use hotel planner.com reservation stay or snap travel. All they do is blame the other one. They seem to all affiliated.
