Purchased snow blower 12/16/21. Shipped 12/18/21 for delivery 12/27/21. As of 1/20/22 no delivery. Contacted shipper 1/11/22 (ontrac) asked for update. Was told they would contact local driver for update. No communication from OnTrac until 1/20/22. 1/12/22 contacted Snow Joe, asked for help. Was told no way they can help.
1/16/22 told Snow Joe I was opening a dispute on the charge. 1/19/22 Snow Joe emailed saying they would reimburse if not delivered by EOD. 1/20/22 confirmed no delivery, Snow Joe stated they changed thier mind and will not reimburse. 1/20/22 OnTrac emailed saying they have not ETA for delivery
