We purchased 5 Jeff Dunham tickets when they went on sale in 2019 for the concert in 2020. The concert was, of course, rescheduled due to COVID-19. At that time Spyglass offered refunds. We decided to wait it out.

The performance was then rescheduled again in 2021 and refunds were offered again if you mailed your tickets back to the winery. We decided to take the refund and mail our tickets back, as our kids were in college and we were not sure where they would be in July of 2022 for the rescheduled show. We sent the tickets back to Spyglass in May of 2021.

In August of 2021 I started sending emails to the events email asking when we might be getting our refund and to make sure they received our tickets. I heard nothing back. I finally emailed the owner, Tom Webb, on Facebook and got no response. My husband ran into him in September at the winery and was told that they would be sent out in a few weeks.

In February I was told the same thing by the owner, that he had gotten behind and would get the checks out in March. Then I was told in April that they had hired some people and they would be getting the checks out.

Then Leann called the day before the July concert and said the refunds would be sent the Monday or Tuesday after the concert, the performance was 7/2/22. Still no checks. Now they state that they are waiting on a refund from Brown Paper tickets and that the checks will be sent out as soon as possible.
