When I heard stretch lab was coming in town, I immediately knew my husband and I wanted a membership. In December of 2021 and prior to opening, I was one of the first to sign up and excited to gift this membership to my husband for Christmas. I was told they would open in February of 2022. They charged my card for the first month when I signed in December and would continue to charge monthly once opened. February, March, April, May and June went by and still not open. Come July they just started charging my card without ever attending any sessions. Come July I was already 7 months pregnant and in no way about to start a new class that was promised to open in FEBRUARY! Well by the time I caught onto them charging my credit card, they already charged my four times at $486. One month they charged me twice! After calling and canceling the membership and starts of conversations with managements about refunds, they charged me the following month again! Even though, at this point, I had email confirmation I canceled the membership. Now as we are ending the year of 2023 and dealing with numerous mangers and owners that continuously say they will call back, there is no resolution. Years of being told I’d be refunded!
