Studio 720 Terrible Haircut False Accusation franklin kentucky
My wife went in for a trim left with nearly shoulder length hair left the house came back in 20 minutes (didn't even get to halftime of my Madden game). She was crying because they did a terrible job on her hair. She was trying to grow her hair out and they cut off about 3 inches instead of cleaning up the back.
They wouldn't listen to her and in 5 minutes cut her hair and sent her on her way. I told her to call and complain and when she did they were rude to her. The next day at work I called to ask for a refund. They accused my wife of lying about how long it took and I wasn't there so how would I know. So I explained that I did know it was a 5-10 minute cut because she left and came back to quick. So I told the owner I would be down there to get a refund after I got off from work.
She raised her voice loud and said that I was threatening her. I could tell she was trying to bait me so I told her that I was not, but if I didn't get a refund I would exercise my 1st amendment Rights and be outside her shop with a poster. So she calls the police and tells them I said I would exercise my 2nd amendment rights to try and get me arrested.
Obviously not arrested but It did work out for her though cause now I can't do the poster. Fortunately though at work I'm on camera and have proof I said 1st amendment. I have and would never threaten anyone nor have I ever even held a gun. (religious conviction) I will however keep my promise and exercise my 1st amendment rights and everyone will become informed of this!!!
