Decption  done by sales rep, had understanding and was told that electric bill would be 10.00 to 20.00 dollars a month. was not advise of any lean being place on my property (they collected on all rebates state and federal; the number of panels was under calculated.

Sunnova refuses to work with me and keeps taking from my checking account went from 80.00 to 103.00 dollars along with SCE bill of 125.00 per month. Sunnova refuses to take this matter serious, Iam paying more than ever on my electric service.

I feel they are taking total advantage of me and other customers.

Decption  done by sales rep, had understanding and was told that electric bill would be 10.00 to 20.00 dollars a month. was not advise of any lean being place on my property (they collected on all rebates state and federal; the number of panels was under calculated.  No, legally that's what is called a sales pitch.  The estimates on how much you can save when putting panels on your roof can vary tremendously and you generally never get that saving.  However, that isn't a deception under the law.  That is what we call not doing your homework, or your due diligence.  The lien placed on your home is put there in case you decide you won't pay your bill.  The lien is simply enforcing your payment to them.

Now, how do you know the number of panels was undercalculated?  Did the solar company tell you that?  Did SCE tell you that?  If they put more panels on your roof, you will pay more and there's still no guarantee you'll pay less than $125/month for your SCE bill.  In other words, the about $225/month you're paying now, is how much you'll likely be paying if additional panels are placed on the roof.

Sunnova refuses to work with me and keeps taking from my checking account went from 80.00 to 103.00 dollars along with SCE bill of 125.00 per month. Sunnova refuses to take this matter serious, Iam paying more than ever on my electric service.  I'm trying to figure out what you want them to do?  You signed a contract to put panels on your roof.  They put panels on your roof.  There is a cost you pay each month for the product they put on your roof until the bill is fully paid, and then the lien is released.

One thing that should have been completely obvious - at least it is to me.

Solar panels make no sense if you total electric bill is LESS than $300 per month.  In fact, most solar companies won't even solicit customers who have an electric bill that is less than $300/month because the savings aren't worth it.  Based on what you're writing, your bills clearly indicate you should not have bought panels.  Should they have sold you panels?  No, but did they look at all of your bills to determine what your actual savings might be?  I would guess not.

BTW, your claim in the title that you were on pain meds...or signed under duress....isn't going to fly.  No one put a gun to your head to sign the contract.  Being under the influence of pain medication will not void your contract.  This was not some high pressure sales pitch in which you caved.  You were taken advantage of, because you failed to even look into something like this before you signed the contract....
