SunWash Auto Services LLC Wade Harris Damaged My Car During Auto Detailing Florida
Wade Harris the owner of SunWash Auto Services LLC came to our place of business with flyers to wash our cars. He seemed nice so a few of us in the office hired him to detail our cars.
When he finished he came in and we paid him. I drove the car home and noticed paint missing from my vehicle. I called him and he said he knew about it and that he used a “clay bar” on my car. He said he was sorry and that he would be by the next day with his insurance, State Farm. Not sure why he didn’t tell me when it happened.
The next day came and went and he was a no show. I called him and asked him for his insurance information and he told me he reported it to his agent. I asked Wade for the agents number but he refused to give it to me. I told him that my car needed to be repaired and repainted and he said he doesn’t understand what the big deal is and that this isn’t his first rodeo. His business was opened on 02/22/2019 according to SunBiz.
I was was going to sue him in small claims court but the damage was $600 to repair and didn’t think it was worth the headache to deal with so I paid out of pocket.
This guy has no clue what he’s doing, BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Plenty of good detail companies out there. Do your homework and avoid a $600 car wash. If this helps one person it was worth it.
