On December 27th I requested a refund. Per their policy they have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy. However, I did contact support with regards to their product not working as advertised and after reaching out to them multiple times, without receiving a valid response, I asked for a refund on 12/27/21. Today is January 7th 2022.  

It's been 12 days since I've requested a refund. They blocked me via their support ticket channel. I was able to contact them via chat. However, I've engaged them in a chat conversation every day since I requested the refund. Each day I'm told I'll have it within hours... each day i open a chat session to inquire about the refund and I'm told something different!

It's gone from, I'll have within an hour.... the next day I contact them and they say I'll have withing a few hours.. the next day I contact them and they say I'll have it soon... the next day I contact them they say I'll have within 24 hours... the next day i contact them they say I'll have within 48 hours... and today when I contact them I was told it would be a few hours and that was at 2:52pm est and it's now 9:14pm est.
