Todd Fritz / berthel fisher company TODD FRITZ 590 shares of legacy reserves stock dissappeared casa grande arizona
tod fritz - lost $14,000 of my money on stock that he now says was deemed worthless ---- in november 2019 I told mr Todd Fritz to sell all my legacy reserves stock - and that I would take the loss on my taxes -- I never got any paperwork from Mr. Fritz so I called back in January 2020 - to inform him I needed the paperwork to file my taxes -- he then stated the stock was deemed worthless in December 2019 ???
and wasnt worth enough to pay the fee's to sell it -- I then told him to sell all of the stock I had left in my acct (including Global Partners) he would have plenty of money to deduct all fees and send me the paperwork for the Legacy Stock also -- I got no paperwork for the Legacy Reservces Stock only for the Global Partners ---
I got a check that was worth far more than the fees could have been --- now I wonder what happened to the Legacy Reserves Stock ??? 590 shares just disappeared ???? no wonder this guy has changed employers 3 times in about as many years
