It's hard to imagine a more unethical company. Our board should have checked the online reviews of Tolley Community Management first! Our neighborhood has lost value since being "managed" by this group. Money has disappeared with no explanation. Financials are never available and receipts are never produced.
Repairs have to be done two to three times if at all. They never walk the property. Emails are never returned/responded to. They hire contractors who are sloppy and overpriced and damage the property. Or, they hire their own company to do services and then claim it as a third party.
Once hired to manage your community, they will get close to the board and give them phony legal advice and completely shut out the rest of the homeowners. These folks belong in the hall of fame for bad service.
