Beware of this man. He is a lying manipulative con artist, using the names Nick Angel, Julian Monterrey and his legal name, Tomás Kolehmainen. He hired me a decade ago in Los Angeles. At the end of the job after turning in my work for him, without even telling me, arbitrarily stopped payment on the second half of my wages. This caused me to bounce checks and overdraft. Under threat of being sued, he later paid me the face value of the balance of the wages plus all of the bank fees I incurred.
November 14th, 2019 I was pulled over and told that I was being investigated for stalking and harassment of someone named Julian Monterrey. I had no idea whom that person was. The Sheriff Deputy then referenced two other names this person uses - Nick Angel, and his real name, Tomás Kolehmainen. I didn’t remember whom they were because even with someone whom has clinical obsessive compulsive disorder, it takes a tremendous and often futile time for me to “let go” and move on. The Deputy told me that all of my calls, emails, Facebook and text messages were being monitored and that he was recording me on a body camera. I told him, upon remembering whom he actually was regardless of what name he chooses to use, that I haven’t had any contact with him in over a decade and that he attempted to rip me off, as a former employer in Los Angeles.
I was eventually served a Petition For Request for Civil Injunction ( aka restraining order ) and the accusations contained within were outrageous and false. I was not going to give this person the satisfaction of trying to take advantage of me twice so I decided to contest it because I knew the entire thing was fraudulent bullsh*t, like many libelous and defamatory allegations which have been published about me online, by others with substantially less credible reputations.
The following link, enclosed, is the certified audio recording from the Miami Circuit Court, concerning the Petition For Order Of Injunction on 2-21-20.
This Petition was DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, in my favor as the RESPONDENT, on account of the PETITIONER (Tomás Kolehmainen) having insufficient and/or fabricated evidence, and his inability to demonstrate the claims he made against me, which held neither validity or relevance; and most importantly, CREDIBLE EVIDENCE.

Joe Guinan is an even bigger con artist than Tomas here, and he assaults women. Let’s not get off topic here. The topic and bottom line is that TOMAS DEMONSTRATED NO EVIDENCE OF HARASSMENT OR INJUNCTION BY MICHAEL.

Joe Guinan is one of Michael Silberman's victims, just google it, so the comment is made most probably by Michael Silberman not by Joe Guinan. I have never met either one of these people in person but Michael Aaron Silberman has been harassing mainly online multiple people for years including me for no reason and he has been factually arrested for harassing before and charged with serious crime.

Filing for a restraining order and actually GETTING ONE and two totally different things. There IS NO active, or former, restraining order against Michael Silberman by this person, even though Tomas has lied about his circumstances in trying to obtain one on THREE different occasions and the COURT has DENIED HIM ALL THREE TIMES.
Listen to the certified court audio in the link above PER MICHAEL. THEREIN, TOMAS was found to be not credible. If he has lied about that, anything else he states cannot be trusted. Do not believe one single thing he has stated of Michael Even here he has provided NO CREDIBLE evidence. Michael Aaron Silberman is a crazy convicted harasser who has been arrested before. You can find his mugshot and multiple rip-off reports written by many of his victims. Just google Michael Aaron Silberman who is a harasser hacker and has nothing else to do. As many of his victims state Michael Silberman delivers useless work when we hired him as a line producer over 10 years ago.
Regardless we paid his requested salary in full within a week plus $200 that he requested although we could not use his useless estimate. He has pulled these kinds of tricks with many of his victims as you can find. I was enocuraged to file a restaraining order against him which I did. I on the other hand have a completely clean record and I never had a problems with anyone.
