I hired Rick Barlett to fix my 450 Ford Turbo diesel truck> I paid him $1,739.43 cash and he in return never showed up for 3 days. He showed up finally and calleed me saying he fixed the truck but could not drive it because of not having insurance. He called me and wanted to be paid in full. I came home from work to pay him and he then told me that it may run rough for s little while till the oil rails filled up. I knew nothing about Diesel motors so he was able to say anything he wanted to. The next day I took the vehicle to work and it had NO power to even get on the freeway. The noises started and continued to get worse. I called Rick and he gave me excuses why he couldnt show up for a few days and I was out of town and he did not show up. Two weeks passed and he never called or di he call. I text him several times and he finally returned my text telling me that he was not going to finish my job. I have never heard from him again.
