Trembly Law Arturo L. Arca, Esq. Malpractice artists! Induced us to send them large cash retainer, then breached agreement to file the complaint needed. We then were suckered into paying them lump sum for supposed ready to go draft complaint a new law firm would file. After filing the Trembly complaint it turned out it was chock full of material sloppy gross negligent false statements of fact. This generated losses and costs to attempt to fix the problem resulting in 2-3X more cash losses. These guys are worst lawyers and they run churn and burn operation Miami Florida

We paid this law firm over $10,000 in cash to draft and file a complaint for our small business.
Trembly Law instead began over billing us on hourly basis and within 60 days it was clear they
had burned thru $6000 cash and had not drafted any complaint or filed any complaint.
We requested an emergency meeting and agreed to switch to a lump sum $4000 cash paid to them to complete a draft and we planned to use a new law firm we arranged a fair price to file for us if Trembly law provided the draft complaint. Trembly had been spoon fed the facts from our company. The complaint was filed and then it turned out Trembly Law's draft complaint was chock full of material errors which left us in worse position, damaged, and now in need of significant new legal costs to produce and file an amended complaint.
Trembly law ripped us off for $10,000 cash, delivered a boobie trap complaint that exploded in our face, and left us dying heaped in blood on side of road.
when we contacted Arturo to tell him what his legal team had done to us, he refused to acknowledge their error and they began to reply to emails with special front team of lawyers who just respond with insults and refuse to even have a meeting to discuss their malkpratice and at best gross negligence.

After speaking with Trembly Law, we have resolved
the misunderstanding and no longer have any complaint
about this business. Trembly Law is an honorable business
and the comments we made here previously should not
be relied on by any readers or viewers.
There are often miscommunications during business relationships and
we appreciate greatly Trembly Law’s efforts to communicate with us and have 100% addressed and resolved to our satisfaction any and all issues we complained about.
Trembly Law has good people that are employed there that work hard to satisfy their clients.

You do not state what case this is about, your "bosses" full name or any other detail to identify what this is about but I appreciate you putting your threats and attempts to criminally extort me in writing so it can be addressed with the appropriate governmental agency.
