Starting in April '19 in Trusii's case study, the company claims the machine I purchased from them is a health product that is a "revolution". This molecular hydrogen machine is said to produce 5-9 Part Per Million of hydrogen water. There is data to support this technology, but Trusii's machine is built very poorly via a Korean manufacturer for less than $800 USD. Trusii sells it for $10,000. I financed it through United Consumer Financial Services. They're also liable for this scam of a product
Trusii's pitch to get someone such as myself to purchase such an expensively sold machine is that they pay you monthly for completing 3 tasks; a phone VM review, a survey and a social media post. Trusii then agreed to send me most of the money to pay for the loan. After 3 months, they stopped paying for the case study, leaving me with the $10,000+ loan including interest.
After many attempts to get paid, they would reply with "Your check is in the mail". It never was. Trusii would also change their case study rules, making it difficult to keep track and also not part of the contract signed. I was even kicked out of the case study very early on, and only with me supplying the evidence that this was wrong, was I then let back in, only to be cut off from payments a month later.
Complaints to them about lack of pay and the h2 levels not meeting their advertised 5-9 PPM was met with them telling me I am mistaken and even threats. These people are absolute crooks. Their CEO Chris Kennedy is actually has a court date for fraud for another company he started. Trusii is a scam, their owners are pure evil, feeding on the sick and poor who are desperate to get better. This company deserves to be put in jail and justice will prevail.
The machine started to leak water only 6 months into owning it. It randomly shuts off. It also requires filter changes, which was never mentioned when purchasing or anywhere in their original machine description. Do not buy this product.
