I get letters all the time from OWEN TRICE 27501 Sora Blvd. Wesley Chapel FL 33544-3471
Opening them results in 1002 W. DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING BLVD. PLANT CITY, FL 33563-5151
Yes they typed mostly in Caps. Occasionally In Bold Also.
TUNDRA LAND INVESTMENTS, OWEN TRICE, from FLORIDA, intend to buy my property which is not for sale, will never be for sale, and my property taxes are paid for. This is my first real property thus shall become a Texas Homestead Property. Unfortunately, They From FLORIDA, continue to send letters. They And All Of Their Affiliates must stop contacting me immediately directly and indirectly and also cease and desist all attempts at buying my properties and all other properties that I own.
TUNDRA LAND INVESTMENTS, I have received MULTIPLE letters from OWEN TRICE, which I have confirmed works for your company. Since this information is correct, I am sending a message, even if you use the "Not In My Department!" excuse:
I. DO. NOT. HAVE. PROPERTY. FOR. SALE. EVER.
And if that should that ever change, The TUNDRA Company, The Owners, The Staff, The Associates, And The Affiliates, Of TUNDRA, All Shall Be The LAST To Know. Do not send any more letters. Do not make any attempts to buy my properties.
Real Estate Companies and similar companies use Technicalities all the time. TUNDRA attempted to use Technicalities and endorses the harrassment and identity theft and continued attempts to steal my property. TUNDRA, OWEN TRICE, AND ALL INVOLVED, have only ONE correct choice to make:
To Cease And Desist with ANY and EVERY attempt to aquire my Property. This also applies to Any and Every other Real Estate Company.
Instead, they write letters containing the following:
"ALSO ANY OTHER PROPERY YOU MAY OWN WE ARE INTERESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Yes it was in Bold, and All Caps, With That Many Explanation Marks. Most of the letter was in caps. That particular sentence in Bold. Clearly attempts they make to go after property, and that they attempt to contact, and harrass Property Owners without permission.
Property Owners Beware: TUNDRA LAND INVESTMENTS, OWEN TRICE, and numerous other Real Estate Associates, Brokers, and Companies are after You and your Property. Do not let them continue the harrassment.
