55/31/23 mailed 3 boxes of heirloom China to family member. Recieved boxes w/ China BROKEN!! From 6/1/23-6/22/23 unable to report claims of broken items. Encountered Bogus VM's to file claims,webite(online.upscapital.com/tccp)was VERY dificult to register claim about damaged goods. Attempted to meet w/ Manager,1st time gave info to me that I already knew,2nd time was NO show, 3rd time refused to give saisfactio about insurance claim(s) and refusing refund for mail service.

If you were the one who packed the china in boxes, then UPS won't pay you anything. Fragile items such as this require pretty extreme packaging, which likely would have prevented any damage like what you are describing. In general, any damage claims will get denied as improper packaging. Under UPS guidelines, the required packaging should be good enough that you can throw the item from a 2nd story window and it would not incur damage.
If the UPS store did pack it, you could file a small claims lawsuit.
