June 7, 2023 a payment for $200 was deposited from employer. Because Venmo withheld it due to previous fraud my employer had to deposit another $200.
I opened a fraud claim which was in my favor. $393.00 was deposited. At this time I saw two more fraudulent payments for $499.00 and $200.00. I opened a fraud claim on those, too.
That was decided in my favor. However, it was put on an old card that had been canceled due to fraud. Venmo is not responding to my attempts at having this credited back to an open card in my name.
Finally, I have made a BBB complaint on this dispute. Noone is giving me my money back! I am a disabled senior! HELP!

Venmo has been starting to make the fraudulent transactions right.
Thank you!

First...UNDERSTAND THIS...The BBB with all their BS is NOT your friend. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. PERIOD! They call themselves "The Bureau" as a DECEPTION. The BBB with all their BS, has one goal and one goal only: To SELL their PHONEY "ratings" and their PHONEY "accreditations" to ANY business which wants to PAY for them. They will take your complaint, send you some type of form letter BS and use your complaint as a SALES LEAD to sell this business a PHONEY rating and PHONEY accreditation. The BBB-BS is a "Pay For Play" con-game. The BBB-BS has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything and they have ZERO POWER to enforce any business laws. The BBB-BS is NOT the "business police" no matter how much they try to deceive the public otherwise! Anyone who has been in business for 15 minutes knows all about the BBB-BS! Secondly, why in the world are you even messing around with this card crap? Get a checking account and have your compensation direct deposited there. That's how its done!
