Vernon not honoring their contractual agreement for performance guarantee denver colorado
My Sunrun solar panels have always underperformed by an average of 60% every year....and every year it was like pulling teeth to get them to honor their performance guarantee....which for every year since 2019 they've decided they won't pay anymore. After hundreds of hours on the phone and many different excuses (lies) from their staff, (especially upper management).
I've discovered that the new ploy for stealing the contractual money is to manipulate the performance data and change the rules of the previous contracts so they won't have to payback your over payment. If this angers you, please join us in forming a mass tort lawsuit against Sunrun, who with its acquired affiliates have increasing litigation loss over the country.
