These people ARS,  came to my condo to fix my leaky toilet then proceeded to upsale the dangers of my water valves, resulting in an $800 bill. Reluctantly, I fell for it. Another time, they were to "tune up" my perfectly running 8yr old AC and then tried again to tell me that I MUST get a new system because of bad air, leaks, etc. Final estimate to fix the existing about $4 to 5 thousand, but he said something like,"you really need a new AC. "Did not fall for it.

Not enough?? They went to my investment property to do a "tune up" and once again attempted to upsale me with thousands for repairs or a new AC. I asked 3 times if he checked the coolant and was assured it was fine. Shortly thereafter, me tenant called me that the AC wasn't cooling so I got another company to look and it needed 2 lbs of coolant to get it cooling as it should. Impossible that ARS ever checked it. So for sure, I've learned my lesson and wouldn't even consider ARS to enter my home again. BEWARE. Seems innocent that they advertize lost cost tuneups, BUT there's so much more to the story once they walk through your door!!
