John Signe, from Virtual BizNest was hired by me to provide an appointment-setting service.

We had several meetings to discuss how it would work.

I was then sent an invoice to pay through Payoneer. I then paid $1733 on November 1st, 2022.

His team, Paul Winters, Anthony, Arno, and Ronage were the ones that were supposed to do the work. 

The last email I got from Paul was on the 18th of November 2022 letting me know that they were not sure of the title of the person they should contact in the companies they were contacting.

On the 4th of December, I message John on skype as I had not heard anything back and no appointments had been set ...

"Hi John, So far it seems that no appts have been made. I paid $1733 for appts. 

I can't pay $1733 for no result. 

This wasn't a deal where I pay you $1733 just to test the market.

It was always understood that I was paying for appts and was paying your company to provide an appt setter.

Seems like it is not working due to the fact there are 0 appts set.

Let me know what you want to do."

He replied on the 6th of December with, "Hi Tony. I got your messages. I'll speak with Paul first thing tonight and see what we can do."

I then replied same day with, "Hi John, thanks for responding. Can you send me please a detailed report. 

1) How many calls have been made to date?

2) How many conversations have been had?

3) How many appts have been set?

On the 9th of December, I wrote again, "John, due to the lack of communication, and basically, no appts set please refund my money. "

No reply from John

On the 13th of December I wrote him again, "Hi John, I am concerned with the lack of communication. I can see that you see my messages. I have requested a refund and no response from you. I think you will agree as a business owner yourself and based on our discussions, expectations, etc that charging me for a service where you didn't actually deliver the result that a refund is in order."

No reply from John.

He has never sent any information despite several requests from me to do so. He also refuses to refund the $1733.

This is true.
