I want to find people to file a class action suit against this company for frauding people and locking them into financial obligations. They came to my house and I had 1 camera 1 door bell 1 thermostat 1 door lock and 2 sensors and 1 control panel installed. The sales guy never showed showed me a contract that I was going to pay 31.00 a month for security monitoring. Sounds good right? Well when I received the email from them it showed charges totaling $3470.00 financed with a bank.

I called imediately to question where they came up with that amount and have been given the run around and being told that signed and agreed to pay this. No I did not and if I did then they were hiding the amount. I had to fight them for an itemized invoice and on that invoice it said Vivint panel kit $1799. They sell the panel online for $399. And according to thjeir customer service the kit included most of what I had installed and was charged separately for.

Their sales and installers work on commission and Vivint is allowing them to do this because if they didn't these guys wouldn't make the money they do. And they bragged about working all summer and not having to work in the winter months. This needs to be stopped and they need to pay.
