Classis Bait and Switch.
Entered into an agreement to purchase insulation / installation from 31-W in Houston. Their requirement was to pay in full. Which regrettably we did.
A very looong story short 31W showed up at the location and started installation. Fortunately, we showed up and surprised them. They were installing an inferior product and & doing a horrible job of it. We are a custom home builder and quality means everything to us.
Of course the installer did not speak English So we contacted the sweet girl we purchased from suddenly turned evil, claiming that & #39's what we ordered and demanding we talk with their Dallas office. The guy & #39's name was Zach she told us to speak with however he was not in, but some "Women" named Terse took our call, what a nightmare she was.
Even though we sent her a copy of our invoice she tried sticking to the story that although it had a different name it was of equal high quality. I & #39;ve been building for 20 years it & #39;s not even close.
So, after dozens of calls to their corporate office in TN we still have not resoled this over 3 months now. In my opinion they are broke or in deep financial trouble. Stay tuned we will update as we progress through this mess. BUT DO NOT DO BUSINESS THEM!!! You & #39;ve been warned.
