I order the table/stool set referenced above on Sept 6th and received it on Sept 9th. I was just moving and having work done, so it was a couple of weeks before I began assembling it. One stool is missing the top base crossbar and the seat cannot be installed without this piece. Wrote a ticket, sent a picture of the piece missing, and then received a response it would be sent out, wait 3-4 weeks that was Nov 2nd. A couple of days ago, I submitted a query regarding when I might receive it. Got a "canned" response back to fill out a ticket, and "Oh, by the way.." this is out of refund date. Nothing we can do.
I had that stupid table with 1 stool which has the remaining piece to be installed sitting in my kitchen for just shy of 3 months. Followed all proper procedures, and then told "you are out of luck." Please use caution when dealing with this company, clearly, they do not value their reputation. So, this isn't a matter of "he said..she said." I am attaching the email(s), where they initially agreed to send the replacement part.
